Job description

This is an exciting opportunity to join my client’s experienced Client Services Team in a busy, varied role processing all Customer vehicles in accordance with KPI requirements. 

Responsibilities:

The role requires the following: 

  • Action estimates to ensure a smooth operational process
  • Ensure the accurate pricing of estimates and liaise with the Inspection Teams to ensure consistency for the Customer 
  • Precise data entry 
  • Monitor outstanding queries and take relevant action 
  • Administrative support for operations as required 
  • Ad hoc duties as and when required 

Qualifications:

To ensure we choose the right candidate for the role, we are looking for; 

  • Ability to communicate with customers, via telephone and email in a professional and proficient manner 
  • Strong planning and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail 
  • A positive and amenable character in challenging situations 
  • An excellent team player but also able to use initiative and work alone 
  • Have a flexible approach to the changing demands of the role 
  • Resourceful and a good decision maker 
  • Proficient in Excel and Outlook
  • Knowledge of Navision would be beneficial 
Hours: Working Monday – Friday 09.00-17.30.
